Our manufacturing facility offers state of the art, cost effective, flexible manufacturing and assembly. The manufacturing team are able to offer scaleable cellular production systems that can be configured to produce any quantity between 1 unit per day to in excess of 10,000 units per day. This is in conjunction with a Just-In-Time (JIT) approach, reducing the length of time from order to delivery.
The Surface Mount facility has automated lines with the following capability:
Placement of SMt devices from 0201 to 32mm² QFP/BGA
Placement speeds of up to 50,000 components an hour
